My current car is not running properly, because the brakes are totally gone. I contacted the dealership about issues that are wrong with the car and they said that they are not covered under the warranty. I have it in writing that they put brand new brakes on the car and there is something wrong with the engine now. I was driving the car just a few feet when I was almost involved in an accident because the brakes went out. The emergency brake did not even work. I do not have any extra money to pay to get the brakes fixed because I am on disability and my husband works full time. The money that we get every two weeks and every month goes to pay other bills plus the car payment that we are paying way too much for this car, which we did not get to choose the vehicle that we wanted. We were told that this car was the only one that we could afford with our bad credit and income. We needed a reliable vehicle to drive and this is not a reliable car. From day one that we drove thr car off the lot at the dealership we were having issues with the car. I took the car back to the dealership around Thanksgiving of 2018 to get the heater hose replaced and this year in May we had the oil changed by some other company. They told us that we needed a new tie rod because the one that is on the car now is bad. We have had to put gad in the also every day and brake fluid evrytime we drive the car. I think there is a cut in the brake line and JD Byryder refuses to fix the car without us having to pay for it, when it is their responsibility to make sure that the cars they sell are in good condition. This car has been giving us problems from day one. I demand that they either fix this car for free even though they say that the problems are not coverd under the warranty, give us a better car which I will take it to a mechanic to make sure that everything is brand new on the car. Also pay for an extended warranty so this does not happen again. I am not happy with this compaby and I will tell other people not to huy any vehicles from this company because they like to rip people off with bad vehicles that are over priced.
