I ordered a Carport from Byler Building Inc which is a dealer for Carolina Carports. Ordered this on 8/15/20 I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT MY ORDER. I have called multiple times an the story changes every time I call. They say they will call 3 days in advance to let me know when. More than likely that's bull bc they never called me to tell me they are 3 months behind bc of Covid. BTW if you order is not over $5000 pretty much *** out of luck they're only worrying about the big $$$$$ right now. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
