I received a response from Equifax but it doesn't allow me to look at my update information. The website directs me to call customer service. I wasn't pleased with customer service, and I am very tired of contacting them. Please remove the information to contact customer service. I want to have access and to be able to read and communicate with the company like the other creditors: online. Please have my entire file updated. This is the worst ever. My information is still not updated.
