I couldn't get anywhere with Banggood. The cost of returning the item back to China (they shipped to me from New Jersey) was equal to the price I paid for the item. I called Paypal and complained giving all details. PayPal resolved the issue to my satisfaction. User's recommendation: Do not buy from Banggood.
