I have tried for many months trying to phone Carbon Express about a break on my Pile Driver 390 that I just about gave up . The phone number given was 800-241-****. I was told the wait was temporary. I am still waiting to get a replacement part for the quiver attachment. Now what? I purchased the item on September 4, 2019. Serial number 017201 Model #20310 Larry Watson phone 812-249-**** User's recommendation: Stay away from Carbon Express.
