Need a replacement back sofa pillow slipcover

I have been trying to find out from Rooms to Go if I can purchase 1 piece for my beachside white sofa. It is one of the back pillows. I have waited on long for so long that the phone disconnected. I called back and left my phone for a call back and never received one. I just want to know if I can get a replacement and if so how much is it.
