Need a refund on a GIFT CARD

I bought 5 $100 gift cards from Walgreens in Atlanta ga. Only 2 worked out of the 5. CANT never get google on the phone for help. Im consulting a lawyer User's recommendation: Don't buy google play gift cards from any stores they are a scam.
