I ordered our pool in May I was told three weeks to receive the pool it took 4 1/2. Then we are missing parts so it took another week to get them. Very poor installation instructions. You almost need an engineer professional installer to install these pools. Theres nothing easy about it. Not much for customer support either once you get the pool youre just on your own. Weve been trying to install for over four weeks its just been a mess User's recommendation: Only order if you know a professional pool installer.
