Need a product return label

Ordered a passenger mirror that was suppose to fit my car according to the description on eBay but it didnt fit my car even though description said it would its too big the screws dont line up with car. Description said the returns were free but I cant locate the return label on line User's recommendation: Depends what kind of help I get with this issue.
