Made the call to customer service at 4:02 today (4/28/2020) and was on hold for 23 minutes when I finally hit 1 for a call back. Remember, you will not lose your place in line! Its now 7:35 and still no call back. Its very off-putting and terrible costumer service. They would be better off leaving their phone off the hook. Porter Cables customer Service stinks! User's recommendation: Buy DeWalt.
