Need a letter. My branch has no staff able to type one.

All i need is a letter stating the amount acceptable for payoff of my loan if received in the next 2 weeks, and a tax ID # provided to the Veterans office. They are assisting me in paying off my title loan. I need this by today. Needs to be faxed or emailed to my VA rep.
