Need a copy of lien release for 2000 loan

I am selling my property and the loan I took against the property in 2000 was sold to Mortgage One in 2002. Now, the title company cannot find the lein release and it looks like HFC still has the loan. I am scheduled to close on Thursday, so time is of the essence. Who can I call personally to get this accomplished. I do not wish to email someone where it takes 5 days to get any kind of answer. Please help. My name is Teri R Lucas.
