Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning Service Review from Nesconset, New York

They were horrible and did not take responsibility for their actions. Made an appointment on a Friday during normal business hours to have gutters cleaned before an expected storm coming the following Monday. They charged an extra $75 so called emegergency just because a storm was coming even though the work was preformed during normal working hours of 7am-4pm. Nothing like ripping off / taking advantage repeat customers when the community is trying to prepare for a storm. Why do people prepare for storms? We do it as a community to keep insurance claims down which in turns keeps premiums as a whole down, we do it whatever we can to help and protect our homes.Mean While this company charges more and takes advantage of the community and the situation. They are taking advantage of the same people that keep them in business and use their services when life is normal. Shame on this company how do you sleep at night.
