October 16,2017, i went to the website to order a queen bed with two pillows. I attempted to fill out the billing page using my Discover credit card, but I got stuck on the loading screen after pressing the pay button. The screen would not refresh and after 15 minutes of being stuck in the loading screen I chatted with nectar directly via their online chat. The customer service worker told me there was no order placed on my name, address, or card. The next month, 11/16/17, i got a credit card bill for 698 dollar stating i bought the nectar bed and pillows successfully. I called nectar to let them know the error. I contacted discover and filed a dispute. Discover contacted nectar and fed ex. Fed ex had marked the order as delivered to front of house.... multi unit and no signature was obtained. I let them know i did not get anything and had even had to buy another mattress as a result! Then I spoke to Fedex 11/22 and 11/26/17 who said they were unable to speak to the truck driver and had marked the passage updated lost in transit. Discover closed my dispute and filed against me based on the original fed ex note as delivered to the address but not my apartment 12/17/17. I contacted nectar and asked for a refund or to actually get this item i paid for and never got. They said discover had to contact them12/22/17. I told them discover closed the dispute and now nectar does not reply to my emails12/23/17-1/2/2018! I feel robbed 1/5/18.
