A £20 necklace gave me a terrible rash after having it on for 20 mins. When you complain, dont expect a refund or be able to return it bc the customer service is disgusting. The quality of the necklace is more like a pound than £20. I would never buy anything else from this Co. Dont waste your money bc you wont get a full refund & will have to pay for postage yourself for a FAULTY item that I can no longer wear User's recommendation: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
