I purchased three neck massagers through facebook ad May, 2020 - 3 items and they cost me $196. Paid through paypal. Very disappointed when I finally received them. They are cheaply made - awful - painful on my neck feel like needles going in my neck-supposed to make it feel better, but makes it feel worse. I asked to return them and they would not take them back or give me a refund. So upset about paying for junk. I don't know why you are allowed to sell this stuff. I wanted to give two as gifts, but would be embarrassed to give these to anyone. They are useless - please refund my money. If you want them back, please send a return label with shipping prepaid.
