Purchased " Leather", loveseat and couch. After 2 years in my 2nd home, which is used only 4 months of the year, the leather cracked and peeled into small thin pieces at the top of the loveseat. I spent thousands on this alleged leather and want some compensation for damages I've incurred. I believe the company acted fraudulently by advertising leather when in fact it appears the loveseat is covered by a paper thin veneer possibly leather. The peeling exposed a material backing. Moreover, the cushions on both pieces are compressed to an almost flat position. This is fraud plain and simple. I would like to know if I have any avenues available to me for compensation.
