Because I do not make enough money and I have outstanding bills with National Grid I cannot get electricity or gas in my name... What other company can I call to get gas and electricity? There is none !! it's a monopoly !! The only provider for gas and electricity in my city - Watervliet, New York --where I live is National Grid...
