On November 27th I placed an order for a six month subscription to National Geographic. This was for a Christmas gift. My credit card was charged for the amount, but I did not receive a confirmation and no shipment has been received. I then requested help through the customer service on the website. I received a message from an Ally promising a follow up within 24 hours. Later that evening I received a second message which was the same as the first. My request for a phone contact was ignored. Getting the sense that this is a scam sight. I have had difficulty in the past with National Geographic subscriptions. This mess will leave one very disappointed little boy on Christmas Day. I am requesting immediate action on this or an immediate refund of my money
