National Fidelity Mortgage NFM Lending being abused by Ripoff Report

NFM Lending | www.nfmlending.com | is yet another mortgage, finance and lending organization to fall victim to so-called consumer advocacy organizations like Ripoff Report that claim altruistic motives yet publish reports with no merit for the purpose of gaining SEO exposure and increasing their real estate value in the eyes of advertisers and affiliates. The attack on NFM Lending in regard to their posting #222224 isn't surprising, after all, with the onslaught of foreclosures and public rage aimed at lenders in general, who better to antagonize while simultaneously drawing empathy from foreclosure victims and spirited replies from NFM employees. Ripoff Report enables unfounded claims to be blatantly broadcast while coding their site in a way that actually pushes the complaint higher up on search results when rebuttals are posted. Meanwhile, along the right margin of the page it's difficult to not take note of the scrolling flashy ads, the skyscraper banners and even their little links way at the bottom of the page advertising the sales of sports event, concert and theatre tickets which, is arguably among the most profitable hustles around! When a company condones and even endorses unfounded claims by mystery people with fabricated information, for the purpose of inciting defensive rebuttals, for the purpose of further enhancing their search results, for the purpose of ultimately increasing their real estate value for potential affiliates and advertisers, it's called "Black Hat Marketing." Any Joe Schmoe can pull a court record, claim to be a victim, lawyer or consumer advocate, and post incredibly damaging false information toward a company which is geared to draw sharp and heated rebuttals. Based on the potential, and likely financial gains of such blatant lack of integrity, one might almost go so far as to presume that such actions could even be taking place in-house!
