Went to have my truck looked at for check engine light, I was charged $105 for test that would be applied to repair if I decided to have them fix it. I found out it was a dirty throttle body and a cracked spark plug ended up paying $317. I asked why so much when a throttle body clean is $139.99 (parts included) spark plug was $11.99 (part only) How is the total $317. I asked a service rep by the name of Cheryl ( she was very ignorant and mean spirited) she could not explain the charge and refused to even look at hard copy because she didn't sell the job)
