name tapes & flag patches

I placed an order on October 4th with Bullrun Flag Embroidery for name tapes and American Flag patches. I was emailed a tracking number on October 21st. Upon trying to use the tracking number, I discovered it is not a valid tracking number. I have emailed asking for update on order and have gotten no replies. I did not do any research on the company prior to placing my order and it would appear I should have. My last email, I requested a refund.
