Bought a microwave and 3 yr. warranty 2 years ago. had no problem with the delivery, however it just 'died' 3 days ago. Have been trying since to contact BPG (Buyers Protection Group) to file a claim and no one ever answers, just recordings that all agents are busy, and leave a message. No one has returned our calls. Tried their web site and got a system error when attempting to submit a claim (this problem is with their system not mine!). Obviously, Home Everything and BPG are both unreliable companies, so beware!! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau if they're aren't already out of business
