N63 rod bearings

I own my 4th BMW. This one has a N63 engine. It is a 2011. I purchased an aftermarket warranty with American Car Shield at 77k miles. It was an additional 100k mile warranty. At 107k miles, i have rod bearings going bad. The warranty states it is not valid if inspection finds lack of lubrication. The N63 crankshaft and rod journals are too tight of clearance to allow BMW recommended oil 5w30 to pass through. The viscosity changes at the upper 10,000 mile oil change reccomendation by BMW. Any vehicle with 100,000 miles will show lack of lubrication, especially the N63. BMW knows this issue, and i am looking for a little help. The warranty cost me over 5k, and they are saying it is a defective engine build by BMW
