My Yeti is ruined

So i paid $150 for a gallon yeti that I have used in about a year I ruined it trying to open it I contacted you guys and all you guys did was send me some gaskets. The customer service rep said they will not replace so I just went and bought a half gallon one because I do like them the half gallon one I’ve had for about a year but I constantly seen the ruined gallon one it leaks and it sweats because I freaking ruined it trying to open it I had to put it on a vice to open it that’s *** you the reason the half gallon works so great for me is trial and error I don’t super tighten the half gallon one and that’s what makes it work perfectly had I known that when I bought the Gallon one my gallon one would still work just fine I would like a replacement for the simple face that you guys don’t put in really big letters a BIG WARNING SIGN SAYING “ DO NOT OVER TIGHT DO NOT NOT EVEN TIGHTEN IT JUST CLOSE IT SNUG VERY LITTE “ so I have a $150 gallon yeti that does not hold temperature and to top it off it leaks bad the new gaskets do nothing to stop that and it’s bent please consider sending me a new one and I will send you the damaged one back please and thank you , Johnny Garza Pissed customer PS I was supposed to recibe stickers from the rep and never did I love your product User's recommendation: Do not tighten the lid just close it snug.
