My wall was damaged by the movers

After agreeing upon an amount to have the damages repaired, I was told I could expect to receive reimbursement for damages in 3-4 business days. It has now been over 20 days & I have been told several times they are waiting for the manager to disburse the refund. This is poor business practice and disrespectful to customers.
