My two 55” tvs don’t work right. One of them says, smartcast not available while the second one does that a lot of the time

I’ve called support soo many times. I’ve factory reset soo many times. Once, the tech got me to a point that total messed up everything then said, oh sorry I can’t fix that! What am I supposed to do? Money doesn’t grow on trees you know! I bought two, 55” tvs together one year and one month ago. I certainly expect them to work. I was told vizio is the best. I differ with that opinion. I need help! User's recommendation: Don’t buy vizio.
