My tv isn’t working and customer service continues to hang up on me without someone even picking up the phone

I would like to get a new tv as replacement or this one fixed or my money back I just dont want to be getting ripped off. I have literally had it only for a month and a week the screen protection wrap is still on it and its never been damaged in anyway by anyone I live alone with no pets its never been bumped into nor dropped User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY RCA PRODUCTS.
