My TV doesn’t show a picture or volume

I purchased a TV and didn't have it for 3 months and the picture went out but I did have sound. I tried to contact Sceptre to send the TV back to have it repaired or replaced and all I've gotten is the run around. Now I'm out $ 400 with a nonfunctioning TV. Please help me to either get my money or get me a working TV. User's recommendation: Don't buy any Sceptre products.
