My TM roaming number +639161****09 cannot receive messages

I am using my TM roaming number 0916188**** here in Singapore for 2 yrs already. And then this Month of June or July I transfer my TM sim card to another and then after that my TM got no signal. I put it back again to my previous phone. Got signal but cannot receive messages. Please help me about it. Thank you
