I have been a patient for 21+ years of Castle/Brightnow. Dr. Shuayb and Cathy De Tar as well as myself shouldn't be treated like this. Heather, the office manager, needs to go back to scheduling school. I am very upset and you should be ashamed to treat employees and patients this way.
