my ticket was abandon due to FLYDUBAI STAFFS’ STUPID ACTIONS

i booked the ticket from dubai to Tehran, iran on 12th June, when I reached airport and checked in, their staff asked visa from me, I told her we chinese don't need visa when visit iran, this is the policy . I told her I went to iran in may and visa was not required, but this stupid philipini told me now is june not may, and she insisted to ask visa from me, I told her to double check if there must be something wrong, but she pretended to call someone then told me she had checked and again asked me to apply Evisa from online, finally I can't get boarding pass and my ticket was wasted . so I asked my friend in iran to arrange visa for me and flied to iran on 23rd June, when I went through the Iran customs, the customs staff who was on duty that chinese doesn't need visa when arrive in iran, so the policy for chinese to come to iran is still the same, we chinese don't need visa to come to iran, so Flydubai should compensate my loss of the ticket and told that stupid staff to apologize to me .
