Update by user Feb 18, 2021 No resolution. I was horrified after the manager released video footage of my purchase. He continued to email me with assertions regarding my intentions for the item, bullying me to drop my case.I never would’ve imagined a billion dollar company would go to such lengths to protect $4.00. Original review posted by user Feb 18, 2021 3 years ago at the Regency location in Jacksonville, FL I was humiliated by a Party City manager when trying to return a $4 item. The manager released video footage of me buying the item in hopes of proving his assertion that I intended to alter it post-purchase. While I am aware that corporate cannot remedy this situation due to the store being a franchise, I wanted to let you know that I havent forgotten about the terrible treatment I received at the hands of your franchisee. User's recommendation: Strict Return Policy, Beware.
