My stuff not delivered

Received a msg from chicme asking if l received items l ordered. The answer was no. However the only option they presented in their form for an answer had a spot for saying yes. Nowhere to say No. l attempted to log into my account. Suddenly my password was declared wrong. I attempted to change password and log with new password. It stated that password was wrong. I attempted to call.... the phone ring and rung with no response. Pls return my stuff or give me back my money. Another thing: now they want me to log onto my account using Facebook. For what??? User's recommendation: Up to you.
