we have used icsoulitions for a couple years , this week he has tried and tried to call home and it will not go thru , he has money on the account and I have called ic many times and they say its under investigation to see what has happened but... in the mean time we cant talk and I need to and he does too we are support for each other during this time plz help and solve this problem , I love my son as he loves us
