My sister paid cash for a 2017 Arcadia and I was going to do the same until I took it in to be serviced and it took 4 hrs for a oil change and they told me the gear shift cable needed to be replaced. It has been over one month and they still haven’t gotten the part in and they will not return phone calls. I took it to another gmc near me and it is the main module and another part. It will be done tomorrow. Amazing!!! I will be buying my new SUV from this GMC dealer. David Maus sucks!!! Run!!!!
