Good day! My shopee item was delivered to the wrong house. I received a text this morning that it will arrive within today so I waited. Here is the text: Jul 07: BlackArrow Express will deliver your Shopee Direct item today.[Ref: 19070216518PVCM] At around 2pm, someone was calling from our gate. I thought it was the delivery guy but I was so surprised to see that it is our neighbor, carrying with him my item. According to him, the delivery guy dropped it over to their home and told them that the item was already paid in full. (I pay my shopee items thru 7/11 Kiosk) At first, I thought I wrote my address wrong but I checked the address written in the item, and it was correct! Every single detail is correct, I just don't know why he had it all messed up. Good thing my neighbors are good people. If not, they could've kept my item for good. I don't want any of this to happen again. Please put a stop to this. I attached a photo of my address written in the item. It clearly says "B3 L34" but he delivered it to "B2" which is a block away.
