My shipment is all open and wet

Fed ex ruined everything in my shipment with water damage and things were opened. It showed up two days late as well as fed ex stated it was sent back to their shipping office due to ISSUE? That right there made me nervous. Anyway, mr. sanchez is mailing me replacements so my complaint has been resolved. Thank you
