My shark is not working

I bought two Shark vac. model RV761jR01US, Serial numbers K23KS697A8H9 AND K23KS697A6U8. Neither one of them will charge or run more than 5 feet without stopping. I payed for them with PAYPAL. I want my money back or replacement of both units with new ones that work. User's recommendation: Never buy from this company.
