My service doesn’t work. I pay for internet 150 not 15

I pay for internet 150 when I only recieve 15. Cant do anything with that.cant watch Netflix. Crave. Prime. Cant play games online. Cant even play music. Cable skips. Repeats itself. Freezes. Customer service is useless. All they do is tell you to do is unplug your modem. And plug it back in. Wasted a good hundred hours with their so called tech support User's recommendation: Avoid comwave. Scam. Criminal enterprise.
