My review is a warning to other consumers

I placed an order on 5/11 for 2 face coverings and a package of mask filters for a total of $50. The website stated that the items were on back order until 5/25, which was ok with me. My account was charged on 5/18, today is 6/12 and the items have not yet shipped. Most retailers only charge an account when the items are ready for shipment. Multiple emails with customer service finally resulted in them telling me that I need to 1st return the items to them (items that had not even been shipped to me), wait 2-3 weeks for them to process and approve the return, then 8-11 business days for the refund to appear in my bank account. All I was asking was to cancel the order and receive a refund. Simple. After waiting over 30 minutes for a customer service rep to answer the phone, I was told that they will cancel the order and issue a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never purchase another item from this company. They are blaming Covid-19 for the delay. My family has done a lot of online shopping in the past 3 months and this is the only retailer that we have had an issue with. User's recommendation: Do not order from this company.
