My return form has not been sent ….now more than 4 days

I received a top ordered XXL for father's day.....it arrived as a 2XXL It took me 40 minutes to reach someone....who sent I would be sent a return form in 2 days....nothing has happened. Order number is 5583**** item is 0290489****XXL I have spent hundred of dollars in the last month at Eddie Bauer and I am so disappointed at this aspect of doing business..... Please help me resolve this thank you diane vezina 647 402 **** User's recommendation: good luck.
