United refunded my flight and sent a check to bookit corporate office already it's been over 45 days and I haven't heard from anybody about my money my ticket number was [protected] my name is Keisha Barber. I waited patiently to have someone call me or email me I received nothing. I sent in the proper documents and my flights were canceled and refunded by United why are y'all holding my money.
