I been trying to contact vova the last couple months and try to get my refund and they not been helpful ignoring my emails and telling me they haven't received my package which I sent back 28 june and received it 1 July 2021 and they signed for it. They keep telling me that they still waiting for the package that I sent back they haven't received it yet our system don't show that we received it. They ignore my emails. User's recommendation: Don't buy anything with Vova.
