My refound

Booking ID176861**** I cancel my tikket to Uganda becouse of corna . Now i need my refound from Bravofly , I try to Contact Them but there is no one respond for the call its Only Voice mail with incorect information, so is there any solution how Can i get my refound or are they SCAM
