My recommendation is to Costco, not customers. Act for the customer not the company supplying the service.
Update by user Feb 16, 2020 Called again to Costco. Complained to Royal Caribbean and American Airlines. Nobody helped except for Royal Caribbean. American Airlines just brushed my issue off by saying my issue doesn’t warrant a refund and no other explanations made. I wonder what will warrant a...
