My Roku TV would not be recognized by the remote. I needed the IP address to manually enter into my remote in order to connect the television to the internet. The number you provided took me directly to a live person who recognized my name because I had registered my item and I'm supposed to receive a call back in 72 hours with my IP address. Thank you so much for the direct access, I was totally surprised to get a live person, I was even more surprised it was the right company!!
