I lodged a complaint months ago and still NOTHING has changed. Nothing has been done by Umngeni Municipality Nothing as been done by the Complains Board or Public Protector. This matter goes back to 2008 - In any normal business this debt would have prescribed. Officials are being paid it seems to achieve nothing and this needs attention. Tax Payers require service delivery. The Municipalities are actually squandering money. I require action and feedback on what HAS BEEN DONE please.
