My refund of Air Asia tickets is still pending. Txn id 100******** dt6/1/2020 for tis my query #18841**** amt.rs9080/-. Rec'd email from Paytm care on 28/4/21 stating that refund wud be processed by 10/5/21, but till today I have not rec'd refund. Kindly check the status and credit refund in my Paytm wallet. User's recommendation: Paytm is fast and safest mode of payment.
