My purchase is not satisfying me AT ALL

And I mentioned it 2 times to Nioxin Customer Service and no one absolutely no one responded to me. Despite having been a faithful client of yours for years with a simple Nioxin gel to shape my hair. The new (upgraded I presume) product has absolutely no effect on my hair. So, of course, I am disappointed - and this gel tube is expensive ($21 dollars - quite a sum of money). So I wish to discuss what my options with you are. I bought it in a mall far from home, trusting that I would have the usual satisfying experience I have always had with the Nioxin I have been buying for years. Please take care of a customer. So far, I have been totally neglected. If the product care looks like your customer care then I would understand why the product I bought is empty of substance and efficiency.
